What Drives Success:

As a District Manager, you will be accountable for achieving team sales targets within a defined geographic area. Serving as the primary sales leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the field sales team to ensure consistent execution and performance.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and budgets to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Review and authorize sales agreements, ensuring profitability and strategic alignment
  • Occasionally engage in direct sales activities with priority accounts
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to direct reports to optimize their performance and growth
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects the company’s core values
  • Take full ownership of your assigned district, including market share growth, financial performance, safety, sales, and strategic development of your business segment
What We Are Looking For:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years related experience.
  • Must have an understanding of the business impact of sales contracts and selling expenses.
  • Must be able to manage the work of team members to optimize performance.
  • Requires expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
  • Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Requires substantial industry and product knowledge.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
What We Offer:

CompensationThe total compensation range for this position is $200,640 - $263,340 and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 75% base salary and 25% commission.  New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months.  

 

The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure based on performance exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase.

 

This is a remote-based position, with a preference for candidates residing in the posted location or the surrounding region.

 

Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

 

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
