Scale Your California Labor & Employment Practice with the Support of a National Am Law 100 Firm

California Based | Remote Flexibility

livingHR is partnering with an innovative Am Law 100 firm that is strategically expanding its California Labor and Employment practice.

This is a Partner opportunity for an experienced management-side employment attorney seeking a platform designed to help you grow your practice, expand client relationships, and lead complex work with the support of a national firm.

This partner role offers a total compensation range of $250,000 – $1,500,000+ annually. Compensation is highly variable and based on a combination of factors including individual book of business, client originations, collections, and overall contribution to firm profitability.

For candidates with an existing portable book of business, compensation will be structured to reflect historical performance and future growth potential. Equity participation and profit-sharing opportunities are available and will be discussed during the interview process.

This range represents a good faith estimate in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws.
