Role

We're looking for a Business Operations Lead to join our team at BeReal.

  • Product development: serve as the bridge between business teams and product/tech, collecting needs, flagging issues, and ensuring the product roadmap reflects real operational priorities

  • Cross-team coordination: acting as the central point of contact between sales, ad ops, product, and tech teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables

  • Internal documentation: building and maintaining clear processes and documentation so that knowledge is shared and operations run smoothly across teams

  • Onboarding and team collaboration: onboard new team members and account managers, ensure seamless campaign delivery, and provide operational support to the sales team on campaign management and client satisfaction

  • Quality monitoring: guarantee good conduct of operations through proactive monitoring and process improvement

  • Partnerships: explore and manage partnership opportunities with third-party tech partners, such as ad networks, mediations, third-party tracking solutions

  • Inventory tracking and financial monitoring: ensure that our inventory is well distributed and prioritized between direct and programmatic campaigns, and monitor our revenues on a daily basis

  • Reporting to COO: provide regular operational updates, flag risks early, and contribute to strategic planning

Profile

  • Fully fluent in English

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, or a similar role (ad tech experience is a plus but not required)

  • Engineering or Business school background

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Structured, autonomous, and proactive
