This is not a support role for the sake of support. It’s a training ground for future operators and Account Managers.

Role Overview

This role is the execution and operations backbone for TikTok Shop accounts.

You’ll work directly under an Account Manager, helping translate strategy into action, maintain shop health, coordinate cross-functional work, and ensure flawless execution across multiple client accounts.

What You’ll Do

TikTok Shop Operations

  • Register campaigns, flash sales, and backend promotions

  • Execute day-to-day TikTok Shop backend operations, including:

    • Campaign setup and monitoring

    • Product and shop management

    • In-system sampling workflows

    • Content tracking and GMV delivery

  • Coordinate sample orders and product logistics

  • Support CRM campaign setup

  • Monitor shop health, inventory status, listings, and campaign readiness

  • Proactively flag operational risks or issues

Creator & Affiliate Operations

  • Manage creator and affiliate communication and coordination

  • Draft and maintain creator content guidelines and briefing documents

  • Track sample requests, deliveries, posting status, and creator compliance

  • Support affiliate and paid collaboration programs from sourcing through posting

  • Oversee and guide VA execution related to creator communication, sampling, and data entry

Content & Ads Execution Support

  • Identify strong-performing TikTok Shop content and surface top creatives

  • Support creative rotation by flagging ads for testing or boosting

  • Maintain content and performance documentation for cross-functional teams

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion rate, CTR, CTOR, and content volume

  • Conduct funnel analysis and surface insights to improve performance

  • Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and internal documentation

  • Support weekly and monthly reporting for internal teams and brand partners

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Ads, Creative, Operations, and external partners

  • Support assortment launches, promotions, pricing updates, and campaign registrations

  • Ensure alignment and smooth execution across all initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

You’ll be a strong fit if you are:

  • Based in Colombia with full professional fluency in English

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused

  • Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, brands, and timelines

  • Curious about social commerce, marketplaces, and creator-driven growth

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership of tasks end-to-end

  • Coachable and eager to learn through hands-on execution

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, ecommerce operations, or digital marketing

  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop strongly preferred

  • Experience with Amazon, Shopify, DTC, or other marketplaces is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards

  • Understanding of creator workflows, affiliate mechanics, and content-driven commerce

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal oversight

  • Growth mindset with interest in expanding scope over time
