Job description

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. As an Enterprise Account Executive in the Philippines, you will build and maintain relationships with our largest Enterprise accounts across the country. You will be selling communication & collaboration products across our AI powered platform. This includes video meetings, phone, chat, whiteboard, customer experience, employee experience and more.

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required.
  • Create and deliver efffective client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews.
  • Conduct and effectively manage conversations with customer executives and personas across the buying lifecycle including high level conversations at senior executive and CxO level.
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close.
  • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns.
  • Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships.
  • Utilize CRM and reporting/forecasting/planning solutions to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner and manage escalations effectively when required.
  • Keep informed of the product line, competitive and industry trends that may impact client business activities.
  • Leverage key customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible and self-motivated.
  • Proven experience of selling in to Enterprise customers in the Philippines including 10+ years of Enterprise Sales / Account Executive experience in a technology company.
  • Experienced selling Video Collaboration, Cloud solutions, SaaS or UCaaS.
  • This position requires experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations / large projects.
  • Direct Sales experience in a Greenfield environment with new customer acquisition skills in the Philippines.
  • Strong internal and external collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required with Salesforce CRM and Clari experience preferred.
  • Proven client satisfaction, proven track record and a strong team player.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.
  • Familiar and effective working in a quarterly sales target environment.
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen.
