Job Description:

Join Hitachi Energy as an Customer Service Export Specialist and become a vital part of our global operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with international customers and Hitachi locations worldwide, supporting Marketing and Field Sales teams to deliver cost-competitive solutions for foreign contracts. Your expertise in trade compliance, documentation, and customer service will help us maintain excellence and strengthen relationships across borders.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Use Hitachi tools and processes for product configuration, order entry, and invoicing.

  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.

  • Coordinate export arrangements with Hitachi Logistics.

  • Invoice customers in accordance with INCO terms.

  • Manage contracts from order entry through delivery and payment.

  • Expedite documentation such as import/export licenses and letters of credit.

  • Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Knowledge of INCO terms and international trade compliance.

  • Experience in B2B customer support, preferably with international clients.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism.
