Job Role: Civil Engineer
Compensation range: $2,500 AUD - $3,500 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is: It is a civil construction business focused on delivering essential infrastructure works across urban and industrial environments. They specialise in practical, end-to-end delivery of civil projects such as Traffic Signal & Electrical Installations, Electronic Signage Installation, earthworks, road construction, drainage, and associated site works. They operate in highly regulated settings where safety, compliance, and coordination are critical, and they are known for taking a hands-on approach to getting projects delivered efficiently and to specification.
Role Overview: We’re looking for a Civil Engineer based in the Philippines to work remotely, taking ownership of our estimating function while supporting the commercial delivery of civil infrastructure projects in New South Wales, Australia. This role is primarily focused on estimating, with the opportunity to grow into broader engineering responsibilities over time as you become familiar with our projects and processes, including interpreting drawings, understanding scope, and preparing accurate, well-structured cost estimates.
