En Lilly buscamos un/a Representante de Ventas para el área de Oncología con proactividad y orientación a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo. A través de su desarrollo en el rol, promoverá y venderá nuestros productos farmacéuticos y construirá relaciones sólidas con clientes clave con el objetivo de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas establecidos.

Contenido del Puesto:

* Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos individuales y de equipo.
* Identificar y contactar a clientes potenciales en el sector farmacéutico.
* Presentar de manera efectiva los productos y servicios de Lilly a médicos y otros profesionales de la salud.
* Mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes existentes, asegurando su satisfacción y lealtad.
* Realizar seguimiento de las ventas y gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre.
* Proporcionar información y retroalimentación relevante sobre el mercado y la competencia.
* Participar en eventos y congresos del sector.
* Preparar informes de ventas y pronósticos precisos.

Requisitos del Puesto:

* Título universitario en Ciencias de la Salud o postgrado en Industria Farmacéutica.
* Sólidas habilidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación.
* Capacidad demostrada para construir y mantener relaciones profesionales.
* Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
* Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad para trabajar en entornos demandantes.
* Disponibilidad para viajar.
* Licencia de conducir vigente.

*Fluidez en Catalán
* Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
