Data Scientist AI

This position focuses on developing advanced analytics and AI solutions that create measurable business impact across the organization. The person will work on real-world industrial use cases, especially in areas such as manufacturing, engineering and operations, translating business challenges into data-driven solutions and models that support decision-making, process optimization and new capabilities.

Role description:

• Develop and implement data science and AI models for industrial use cases

• Translate business problems into analytical approaches and practical solutions

• Perform data exploration, data preparation and feature engineering

• Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data availability and usability

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and ensure business relevance

• Support the deployment of models into production environments

• Monitor and improve model performance over time

• Contribute to the development of scalable AI capabilities and best practices

• Communicate results, insights and recommendations in a clear and business-oriented way

• Support decision-making, process optimization and the development of new business capabilities through data and AI solutions

Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Several years of experience in data science, machine learning or applied analytics

• Strong programming skills, especially Python and SQL

• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling

• Familiarity with industrial or operational data is considered a strong advantage

• Experience with model deployment and MLOps concepts is beneficial

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Strong communication skills and good business understanding
