Position Title: Mid Social Media Specialist Location: Remote-LATAM
What you will be doing: We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to own the brand voice across every digital touchpoint. This is the primary author of how the brand sounds, responds, and represents itself, balancing two distinct audiences simultaneously: B2C DIY homeowners and B2B trade professionals. The ideal candidate is highly creative, strategic, and capable of building engaging storytelling across multiple platforms.
Serve as the primary author and steward of the brand voice across all social and community channels.
Write, edit, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube with strong copywriting standards.
Manage tone and messaging distinctions between DIY homeowners and PRO contractors.
Monitor/respond to comments, DMs, and community questions, escalating technical issues when needed.
Contribute to creative strategy for campaigns, seasonal initiatives, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Collaborate with the 3D Designer & Video Editor to coordinate content needs and provide creative direction.
Create post graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, and/or Adobe Photoshop.
Execute the content calendar with strategy recommendations, campaign ideation, and ongoing optimization.
Schedule and publish content using Hootsuite.
Monitor Reddit, Quora, and relevant home improvement forums daily for brand mentions.
Report weekly and monthly on KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, content performance).
Administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess:

Experience managing both B2C and B2B messaging.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with Hootsuite or similar social scheduling platforms.
