Job description

Our client, a (AI safety and research company), is looking to hire a GTM Sourcer/GTM Recruiter) in (Remote USA only).

Pay Rate Range: $90-$100, depending on experience

Responsibilities: 
  • Build comprehensive talent maps and competitive intelligence on key companies and talent pools within the EMEA tech ecosystem
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative channels to identify hard-to-find talent
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market dynamics
