Our client, a
(AI safety and research company), is looking to hire a
GTM Sourcer/GTM Recruiter) in
(Remote USA only).
Pay Rate Range: $90-$100, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Build comprehensive talent maps and competitive intelligence on key companies and talent pools within the EMEA tech ecosystem
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative channels to identify hard-to-find talent
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market dynamics
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting research, or a related talent acquisition function
- Demonstrated experience sourcing for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) in the technology industry
- Strong proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of the EMEA tech landscape, including key companies, talent hubs, and market nuances across regions
