Job Summary 

We are seeking a high-level technical strategist to bridge the gap between marketing vision and automated reality. As a GHL Automation Specialist, you will be the primary architect behind sophisticated customer journeys, complex funnel builds, and seamless API integrations. This role is critical to the teamโ€™s success, as you will be responsible for scaling operations and maximizing ROI through the power of HighLevelโ€™s all-in-one ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute end-to-end automation workflows and triggers to streamline lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages, funnels, and membership sites within the GHL platform.
  • Manage and maintain CRM architecture, ensuring clean data segmentation and accurate lead attribution.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to SMTP, domain configuration, and third-party integrations.
  • Develop and implement SMS and email marketing sequences that drive engagement and retention.
  • Monitor account snapshots and perform regular audits to ensure peak performance across all client sub-accounts.

  • Deep understanding of CRM logic, workflow triggers, and custom values/fields.
  • Experience with Zapier or Make (Integromat) for connecting GHL to external applications.
  • Strong technical grasp of DNS settings, email deliverability protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and webhooks.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical workflows into actionable business insights.
  • Experience with CSS/HTML for advanced funnel customization.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Lead Ads and Google Ads integration.
  • Background in copywriting or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • GHL Certification or specialized training credentials.
