Job description

Job Title: Automation Tester

Location : India(Remote)

Experience : 5+yrs

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality testing solutions.
  • Design, execute, and maintain automated test scenarios to ensure software quality.
  • Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution.
  • Perform regression testing to validate software releases.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration (CI) pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to test automation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Automation Tester or similar role.
  • Strong coding skills, preferably in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Selenium with Python ,worked on libraries like Pytest, PAF.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Familiarity with API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
  • Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
  • ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
