We are seeking a Solution Developer to join our engineering team. This is a versatile role requiring a mix of full-stack web development, data pipeline engineering, and cloud infrastructure management. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications that involve both user-facing interfaces and complex back-end automation.

The ideal candidate is a technical generalist who is comfortable working across multiple languages (JavaScript and Python) and is eager to adopt new technologies as our stack evolves.

Your impact will be:

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and Node.js.
  • Write clean, maintainable code in Python for backend services and data processing scripts.
  • Build and monitor automated workflows and data pipelines using Airflow and dbt.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
  • Manage and deploy applications within an AWS environment, ensuring cloud best practices are followed.
  • Optimize database performance and manage data migrations in Postgres.
  • Quickly learn and implement new frameworks or tools based on project-specific requirements

 

 

What you will bring:

  • Frontend/Backend: 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/Typescript & Node.js; with deep understanding of the Next.js framework; and strong experience with API development & integrations
  • Python: Proven experience using Python for application development or data engineering.
  • Cloud: Working knowledge of AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
  • Data Tools: Experience in Pipeline Development, specifically transforming data with dbt and/or workflow tools like n8n along with scheduling tasks with Airflow.
  • Automation: Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, or custom-built solutions).
  • Database: Strong SQL skills and experience managing PostgreSQL databases (schema designs; complex queries and optimization).
  • Version Control: Proficient in Git version control (branching, PRs, code reviews) and implementing CI/CD workflows to ensure stable, high-quality code delivery.
  • Adaptability: Ability to switch between different programming languages and technical domains (e.g., moving from a UI task to a data pipeline task).
  • Problem-Solving: A track record of identifying technical bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: A proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
