Our client is a growing provider of telecom, IT, and managed services solutions focused on delivering reliable connectivity and communication systems for multi-site organizations. They specialize in supporting industries where uptime and performance are critical to operations, helping businesses scale efficiently through tailored technology solutions.
Drive net new client acquisition across targeted industries adjacent to QSR
Own the full sales cycle: lead identification, qualification, opportunity creation, solution alignment, proposal development, SOW creation, negotiation, closing, and handoff
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery
Enable and support partners in executing sales strategies
Ensure seamless customer handoff and alignment on expected outcomes
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or related field
3+ years of B2B sales experience in telecom, IT, or managed services
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional resources
High proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting
Experience selling into multi-site environments such as QSR, retail, or hospitality
Familiarity with connectivity, networking, or communications solutions
Background in complex or solution-based sales cycles
Base Salary: Competitive (included in OTE range)
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: $80,000β$150,000 (uncapped commission)
