Job description

Position Title: Regional Category Specialist Logistics Sourcing

Location: Remote in Poland.

Employment: Full-time employment contract for 6 months – till the end of 2026. At the end of this contract, we will conduct a work evaluation and if there is capacity, we will consider extending the contract.

The Job:

As the Regional Category Specialist Logistics Sourcing, you’ll be part of our Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

  • Serve as the go-to person and support the business on daily base, looking for external storage capacity, third-party logistics (3PL) integrated warehousing solutions and/or cross-dock set-ups.
  • Launch 3PL warehousing tenders (RFQ), calculate offers and present results to the business.
  • From a procurement point of view, you take the lead in warehousing negotiations and manage 3PL contracting in close coordination with operations, legal, controllership / finance, compliance and IT teams, as to translate business requirements and KPIs into Service Level Agreements, Scope of Works.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), a standardized Master Services Agreement (MSA) and reporting for 3PL warehouse activities.
  • Follow up our strategic relationship with existing logistic partners in EMEA ANZ.
  • Set-up KPI dashboards and facilitate performance/business reviews with 3PL partners.
  • Look for warehousing optimizations by arranging face-to-face meetings / conference calls with local SBD entities to support and understand their needs.
  • Lead productivity and working capital improvement projects.
  • Work closely with other transportation and warehousing procurement teammates on integrated supply chain projects.
  • Engage with EMEA ANZ 3PL category managers and transportation teams to leverage our global scale in 3PL negotiations and identify end-to-end productivity opportunities across modes (ocean, trucking, terminals, outbound), improving lead time and service quality.

  • English language on fluent level.
  • Proven experience or knowledge in Logistics or Supply Chains or related field.
  • Higher degree in Logistics or Supply Chains or related field.
  • Microsoft office and Excel knowledge are crucial. SAP / ERP knowledge is a plus.
