Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Billing & Invoice Review Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing outside legal expenses through our ResolveStar platform. You will ensure that all invoices comply with our litigation management guidelines and company policies, helping us control legal costs accurately and efficiently – saving our clients valuable resources 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and process incoming legal invoices and receipts using ResolveStar
  • Audit invoices for compliance with client-specific litigation management guidelines
  • Identify and flag billing errors, discrepancies, or policy violations
  • Manage invoice approval workflows from submission through payment
  • Generate reports and track litigation costs in real time
  • Communicate with law firms to resolve invoice corrections or disputes
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all invoice transactions
  • Additional administrative tasks within the department as needed
Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ResolveStar (preferred) or comparable legal billing system — invoice submission, review, and approval workflows
  • 2+ years of experience in legal billing, invoice review, and/or litigation cost management
  • Familiarity with litigation management guidelines and outside counsel billing practices
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills


Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Salary Range:

$20.00 - $21.00 

The salary range listed is an estimate. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skill set, and work location.
