Job description

VIVA. is seeking an energetic, motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging current clients on behalf of our agencies with the goal of setting pre-qualified appointments, making live transfers, and scheduling phone/email connections.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound and receive inbound cold calls to potential prospects
  • Make warm calls to existing client databases
  • Schedule qualified appointments or successfully transfer calls live
  • Follow call scripts 
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous demeanor on all calls
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Operate within required timelines and productivity expectations
  • Serve as a self-starter with strong time-management skills
