Seeking a Construction Scheduler with strong expertise in planning and scheduling project timelines using industry- standard tools. The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones. This role is critical for ensuring efficient project execution, resource optimization, and timely delivery through accurate forecasting and schedule control.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the kind of person who:
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
  • Analyze project scope, deliverables, and timelines to create accurate scheduling plans.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks to timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather updates and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, forecasts, and progress updates.
  • Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure schedule alignment with project budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Maintain proper documentation of scheduling data, revisions, and assumptions.
  • Support project planning activities by providing insights on sequencing and resource allocation.

Requirements

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project planning.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies and critical path method (CPM).
  • Experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
