About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented After Sales Application Competence Center Manager to join our international team.

In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for our aftermarket business applications, ensuring efficient system performance, continuous improvement, and an excellent user experience across multiple countries and stakeholders.

You will work in a highly international environment, collaborating daily with business users, digital teams, external partners, and key stakeholders across Europe and beyond.

This position is fully remote within Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Business Application Owner for aftermarket service applications.

  • Manage application support, maintenance, and enhancement activities.

  • Coordinate with internal digital teams and external IT partners.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices.

  • Support and animate the Key User community across different countries.

  • Ensure efficient incident management and issue resolution processes.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.

  • Participate in the future modernization and transformation of the current application landscape.

  • Contribute to major upcoming projects including system evolution and data migration initiatives.

Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of after-sales/service business processes combined with an interest in digital applications and systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in After Sales, Service Operations, Warranty Management, or related business areas.

  • Good understanding of business applications and process management.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.

  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with service management or warranty systems.

  • Exposure to international project management.

  • Experience collaborating with remote and offshore teams.

Working Environment

  • Fully remote position within Europe.

  • International scope with interactions across multiple European countries.

  • Collaboration with digital teams based in India and external IT partners.

Fourchette de rémunération

La rémunération annuelle pour ce poste est comprise entre €25 500,00-€50 500,00 par an.Les facteurs pouvant influencer la rémunération incluent notamment les compétences, la formation, l’expérience et d’autres qualifications spécifiques du candidat retenu.
