We are seeking a data-driven, curious, and independent Paid Search Manager to oversee and optimize search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and regionally relevant search engines globally. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and international campaign strategy.

 

 

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Manage and optimize global paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Develop and execute strategies leveraging SEM and Performance Max (PMax) to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate insights to improve efficiency using levers including budgeting, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative effectiveness.
  • Drive the testing of advanced Google Ads capabilities, including PMax, AI Max and smart bidding. Test and iterate on ad creatives, copy, keyword mix and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on global paid search trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and regional marketing teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring campaigns are meeting KPIs while maximizing return on ad spend.
  • Report on campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations for optimization.

 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an global setting.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Proven experience with Google Performance Max (PMax) is a must.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Tableau/Adobe Analytics, Google Ads reporting, and other performance measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with bid strategies, audience segmentation, and keyword research in a multi-market environment.
  • Experience with automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate with global teams.
