The Job:  

As a Regional Facilities Manager, you’ll be part of our Global Engineering and Property Services team working as a remote employee.    You’ll get to:  

  • Help shape a regional FM and MRO strategy that aligns to the global strategy and maximizes value to SBD sites
  • Lead deployment of FM and MRO strategies across a portfolio of sites within a region, aligned with plants needs for maximum stakeholder value
  • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to implement strategies to optimize the FM & MRO scopes of work
  • Identify FM best practices at sites and scale across portfolio of sites.
  • Support the engagement with sites and the preferred suppliers to enable solutions to be defined and a local contract agreement to be established.
  • Sign off the Implementation Plans and lead transitions to the new suppliers including the due diligence activity
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, trust and collaboration which embraces transparency and best practice sharing.
  • Undertake contracts training for site SPOCS and site teams to establish leading practice governance. Undertake knowledge transfer so sites understand how the contracts works and how to get the best out of the FM and MRO Service Partners relationship.
  • Attend regular Site Operation Monthly Reporting meetings and monitor follow up actions. Encourage a feedback-based approach to service improvement with clear actions.
  • Review FM and MRO  Service Partners performance to ensure service meets expectations. Support the creation of any global performance dashboard.
  • Support sites with any service or contract escalations and engage with both parties to resolve issues.
  • Support the FM & MRO Service Partners with compliance baselines and any issues that are identified that need to be resolved.
  • Engage with other Regional FMs on FM performance and reporting so we have an enterprise wide transparency of FM.

  • A knowledge of technical and manufacturing environments
  • Passionate about being in sites working along side site FM and Maintenance leaders
  • Good English communication skills (verbal, written) is essential, and second language skills would be beneficial.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, excel and database applications.
  • A curious mind capable of good analytical skills.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple project/programs with limited and shared resources
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to empathize and influence stakeholders with different functional expertise and different organizational levels.
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, and operate independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple projects on time and at or under budget.
  • Strong problem solving skills, ownership of solutions, and a constant drive to improve results.
  • Relevant Facilities Management experience (5+ years) in large corporate enterprise.
  • Preferred experience having worked along side or in Sourcing/Procurement (3+years)

The Salary range for this position is $70,900.00 - $114,100.00
