We’re currently seeking a Field Support Veterinarian to join our team as a full- or part-time, travel-based DVM providing exceptional care across our hospitals in North Carolina and South Carolina.

As a Field Support Veterinarian, you’ll deliver hands-on, high-quality veterinary care to Encore practices throughout your region as practice needs arise. Whether it's covering vacations, family leaves, or team transitions, you’ll be the trusted, capable presence who ensures continuity of care and peace of mind for local teams and clients alike.

Our base salary range is from $120k-$160k (or higher) based on experience and production capabilities. We have pro-sal and salary options and we’re open to offering a sign-on bonus or relocation package. We can be creative with your total compensation package so that you get the things you need to be able to come join us!
