What’s the role?

We are seeking enthusiastic Small Business Account Executives to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping small businesses leverage HubSpot's powerful tools and resources to achieve their growth objectives. You will play a key role in providing personalised guidance and support to our valued customers. As a Small Business Account Executive, you’ll run the full sales cycle; from prospecting to close, with a focus on winning new business.

What will you do? 

  • Drive new business and manage end-to-end sales processes to surpass monthly quotas
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads to establish new deals 
  • Develop tailored strategies and solutions to help Small Business clients achieve their objectives
  • Provide expert advice on how to best utilise HubSpot's platform for business growth
  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to small business decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our sales strategy in alignment with new offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your knowledge and skills

  • Focused on your goals and and the belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them
  • Exceptional consultative sales abilities and expertise in closing deals
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management experience working with a high volume of leads
  • Passionate about Small Businesses and Solving for the Customer
