Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AESTTime) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)

We’re seekingan experienced and highly capable Odoo / Accounting Support Manager to overseethe ongoing support, administration, optimization, and operational managementof the company’s Odoo ERP platform while also providing remote accounting andfinancial support services across Papua New Guinea operations. This position isa remote-based role requiring a proactive, technically capable, and self-drivenindividual with extensive experience in Odoo ERP implementation,troubleshooting, accounting systems, and financial process support. Thesuccessful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring stability,efficiency, and continuous improvement of the company’s ERP environment whilesupporting operational and financial reporting requirements across multiplebusiness divisions including equipment sales, hire, service, and partsoperations.

The rolerequires close coordination with management, operational departments, financepersonnel, external developers, and ERP implementation partners to maintainefficient business systems, financial accuracy, and streamlined operationalworkflows.

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage, maintain, and support Odoo ERPacross all departments, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
  • Ensure system performance, data integrity,reporting accuracy, and process compliance.
  • Coordinate upgrades, enhancements,integrations, and external vendor support.
  • Maintain documentation and drive workflow optimizationand automation.
  • Provide remote accounting support(reporting, reconciliations, month-end).
  • Support AP/AR, general ledger, financialcontrols, compliance, and audits.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting,financial analysis, and ERP–accounting alignment.
  • Support ERP use across warehouse, workshop,service, hire, and sales teams.
  • Monitor compliance, implement SOPs, anddeliver user training.
  • Produce regular reports, track systemissues, and support KPI/performance analysis.
  • Ensureconfidentiality and security of financial and operational data.


Requirements

What You Bring 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience inOdoo ERP implementation, administration, or support roles.
  • Strong accounting andfinancial systems knowledge.
  • Experience supporting remotebusiness operations and ERP users.
  • Strong understanding ofaccounting principles and financial controls.
  • High level of computerliteracy and ERP reporting capability.
  • Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independentlyin a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational andtime management skills.
  • Strong written and verbalcommunication abilities.
  • Experience within industrial,construction, heavy equipment, mining, or related industries highly regardedbut not required.
