We’re seekingan experienced and highly capable Odoo / Accounting Support Manager to overseethe ongoing support, administration, optimization, and operational managementof the company’s Odoo ERP platform while also providing remote accounting andfinancial support services across Papua New Guinea operations. This position isa remote-based role requiring a proactive, technically capable, and self-drivenindividual with extensive experience in Odoo ERP implementation,troubleshooting, accounting systems, and financial process support. Thesuccessful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring stability,efficiency, and continuous improvement of the company’s ERP environment whilesupporting operational and financial reporting requirements across multiplebusiness divisions including equipment sales, hire, service, and partsoperations.
The rolerequires close coordination with management, operational departments, financepersonnel, external developers, and ERP implementation partners to maintainefficient business systems, financial accuracy, and streamlined operationalworkflows.
