Position Overview:
The Field Sales Representative role is responsible for driving incremental growth across Monogram Foods’ branded businesses. This role supports a mix of in person customer interactions (including HQ and retail level calls), remote selling via phone and virtual meetings for regional accounts across the U.S.
The Sales Representative will focus on identifying distribution gaps, closing assortment voids, supporting pricing execution, and ensuring accurate, timely customer communication. This person will partner closely with the VP of Sales and cross functional teams to deliver consistent execution and build a strong sales foundation.
