Do you speak German and English and want to support customers of a leading automotive digital services brand — all from home? We're hiring a remote customer service professional currently residing in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support German-speaking customers across automotive digital service enquiries

- Handle incoming contacts via phone, email, and chat with professionalism

- Work 24/7 rotational shifts with 2 rotating days off per week

- Manage and document all interactions accurately in internal systems

- Escalate technical or complex issues to specialist teams when needed

- Collect equipment from the Braga office if residing within 50km

What We're Looking For:

- German at near-native or native level; English required

- Currently residing in Portugal (no relocation available)

- Comfortable with rotating 24/7 shifts including weekends and holidays

- Strong remote work discipline and reliable home setup

- Tech-savvy with good written and verbal communication skills

- Customer-first attitude with patience and clarity under pressure
