Customer Service Representative — Automotive Digital Services (Czech + English) — Braga, Portugal (Remote)

We're looking for a Czech and English speaker currently living in Portugal to join a remote team supporting a major automotive digital services brand. This Monday-to-Friday remote role offers structure, stability, and the chance to serve clients in your native language.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Czech-language customer support for automotive digital service queries

- Handle calls, emails, and chats during weekday business hours (08:00–17:00)

- Keep records of all interactions and escalate where necessary

- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that reflects brand standards

- Participate in product and process training as required

- Collect office equipment from Braga if located within 50km

What We're Looking For:

- Czech at native or near-native level; English required

- Currently residing in Portugal (no relocation available for this role)

- Available Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (weekends off)

- Self-starter capable of managing workload independently from home

- Strong communication skills in both Czech and English

- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
