Job description

Se busca un Jefe de Proyecto senior, con amplia experiencia en la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos complejos, para liderar una iniciativa estratégica de modernización de una aplicación core del negocio, actualmente en migración hacia Amazon AWS.

Requisitos clave:

  • Sólida trayectoria en dirección y coordinación de proyectos con múltiples equipos e interlocutores.

Alta capacidad de comunicación y liderazgo transversal, interactuando con áreas de negocio, arquitectura, seguridad y sistemas.

Orientación a objetivos, calidad y cumplimiento de plazos.

Buen conocimiento del entorno cloud (preferiblemente AWS), aunque se priorizan las habilidades de gestión frente al background técnico.

Perfil autónomo, resolutivo, acostumbrado a tomar decisiones y gestionar incertidumbre.
