The Opportunity 
 
As an ISG advisor, your focus will be on digital business building – shaping the future of our client’s businesses and creating transformative strategies to validate, launch, and scale new digital business models, products, and experiences.
 
As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Business Operations Specialist to drive growth across the APAC markets. This role is ideal for a modern thinker with deep expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), AI-led transformation, and technology-enabled operational models. The successful candidate will be passionate about the impact of AI and emerging technologies in business operations and will be skilled in challenging legacy models to deliver client-centric, future-ready solutions. 
 
You can expect to spend your time leading small to medium-sized client engagements or participating as a key contributor on large or mega-deal engagements, working on digital topics, initial assessments, digital and sourcing strategies, implementation plans, provider research and selections, financial modelling, RFx development, contract negotiations and client stakeholder engagement and management.
 
The Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives and generate new business opportunities in the BPO and digital operations space across APAC. 
  • Present and evangelize the value of AI-infused, tech-led modern operations, showcasing the “art of the possible” to clients. 
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that challenge traditional BPO paradigms and introduce innovative, outcome-driven solutions. 
  • Apply AI-led problem solving to address client challenges and enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. 
  • Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

The Role Requirements 
 
Our ideal candidate will have up to 7 years’ recent experience in five or more of the following areas:
 
  • Digital transformation
  • BPO sales
  • Benchmarking
  • DevOps
  • Cloud services
  • End user technologies
  • ICT sourcing strategy development and execution
  • ITSM and SIAM
  • Telecommunications and managed network services
  • Proven success in closing new logo deals and managing client renewals. 
  • Strong understanding of AI-led operations, automation platforms, and digital transformation frameworks. 
  • Experience in AI-driven solutioning and consultative selling.
  • Experience focused on organisational transformation activities including shared services, operational improvement, and outsourcing/offshoring
 
About You 
 
Our ideal candidate will need: 
 
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders
  • Strong attention to detail and highly developed analytical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen – developing business cases, presenting funding and investments models, understanding of client budgets, and completing commercial offerings
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities through executing high-quality deliverables
  • Strategic thinker with a disruptive mindset and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to craft and present client-centric, AI & tech-enabled solutions.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation to drive business outcomes.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and goal-oriented approach. 
Your Education 
 
  • A relevant undergraduate degree
  • MBA/Masters or other advanced degree(s)/qualifications desirable
