Description
As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate and leadership roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, proactively identify and engage talent, and manage a high-quality hiring process from sourcing through offer.
This is a remote position.
In this role, you will:
Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions, ensuring a seamless hiring experience
Proactively source and engage passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and support effective hiring decisions
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, transparent, and empathetic communication
Contribute to refining and enhancing recruitment operations, supporting an environment of continuous improvement
Facilitate interview coordination, offer process steps, and related recruiting logistics throughout the hiring process
Skills and Experience
