We need minimum 4 years of Architect experience, and we have two roles, one is remote and one is on-site from Dallas. Great communication and articulation. These are customer facing so need very confident and well trained. Need strong development. ITSM is a core so need very strong and ITOM should be very solid. Good HRSD experience but main are ITSM AND ITOM, discovery mapping. ITAM is an added advantage. SPM is Nice to have but focus is ITSM, ITOM AND ITAM WITH 4 years of Architect and overall, 15 years of Service now.
