Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in AI-enabled delivery, ServiceNow agent development, and platform configuration. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-driven ServiceNow solutions while supporting testing, troubleshooting, technical design, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced global environment.

4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform support
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and configuration practices
Experience supporting AI-enabled development or automation initiatives
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with AI/ML-enabled workflows or conversational AI platforms preferred
Exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities and automation frameworks is a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and global delivery models preferred
ServiceNow certifications are a plus
