About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Industry Health & Medical to drive the strategic and commercial growth of our Health & Medical portfolio.

In this role, you will shape the industry strategy, build strong customer and partner relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead revenue growth together with cross-functional teams. You will own the industry’s commercial success end-to-end, including go-to-market strategy, business development, and P&L responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy together with Marketing and strategic partners.
  • Define and strengthen our positioning and value proposition within the Health & Medical industry.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
  • Lead customer meetings, demos, proposals, tenders, and sales activities end-to-end.
  • Own and manage the industry P&L, including budget planning, forecasting, pricing, and margin optimization.
  • Build strategic partnerships and establish trusted customer relationships.
  • Represent the company as an industry ambassador through networking, events, and thought leadership.
  • Track KPIs, maintain CRM data in HubSpot, and drive data-based decision-making.
  • Support and enable cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and collaboration.
