Join our innovative team as an AI Process Engineer in one of the “Big Four” clients we have. This predominantly remote role focuses on transforming business workflows through process engineering, intelligent automation, and Generative AI. As an AI Process Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of enterprise transformation, revolutionizing how business processes are designed and implemented.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map and optimize end-to-end workflows, leveraging your skills as an AI Process Engineer.
• Deconstruct business processes into detailed decision trees, enabling seamless GenAI integration.
• Evaluate process maturity and develop improvement roadmaps to enhance GenAI enablement.
• Translate decision logic into effective GenAI workflows, ensuring smooth execution.
• Work closely with data, platform, architecture, and security teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop backlogs to transition AI from experimental stages to tangible business solutions.

• Extensive experience in process engineering, business analysis, or workflow automation, essential for an AI Process Engineer.
• Proven expertise in breaking down complex decisions into clear, actionable logic.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams as an AI Process Engineer.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as agents, RAG, and tool calling.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
• Experience with Databricks is highly desirable.

 
As an AI Process Engineer, you'll be part of a small, dynamic team (3–5 members) that will establish a scalable capability across the enterprise. This role is about leveraging your process thinking skills to drive significant business transformation.
