Job description

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Oracle ERP Support Analyst to support our client in Richmond, VA. This position has the exciting opportunity to support critical Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and SCM systems with a focus on enterprise cloud solutions, ensuring operational excellence and robust testing processes. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:

Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules (Planning, Budgeting, Cost Reporting)
Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM/Inventory activities, including configuration validation and operational readiness testing
Ability to troubleshoot production and non-production issues across ERP, EPM, SCM, and related integrations
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams
Experience creating, maintaining, and executing test scripts and testing scenarios across Oracle modules
Ability to participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and defect resolution validation

Desired:

Experience with risk-based testing strategies and test coverage plans
Experience improving testing maturity and standardization processes within Oracle environments
Experience providing documentation and knowledge transfer support

Responsibilities:

Provide functional, operational, and project support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules
Support Oracle Fusion SCM/Inventory activities, including issue triage and operational readiness testing
Assist with Oracle Phase 2 implementation and stabilization efforts
Collaborate with Oracle ERP Analysts and project teams for regression testing and quarterly updates
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate defect resolutions
Document testing results, defects, risks, and remediation activities
Support testing coordination across integrations, interfaces, reports, workflows, and security roles
Participate in status meetings, issue review sessions, and operational planning discussions

The hourly pay range for this position is $48 – $53, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
