Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

• Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates for various clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles.
• Learn how to use industry-standard tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., JobDiva).
• Communicate with candidates professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Support the coordination of interviews and follow-up processes.
• Develop an understanding of different roles such as Registered Nurses (RNs), LPNs, CNAs, Nurse Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, and more.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activities and data.
• Contribute to team recruitment goals in a collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• A team-first mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow.
