Job Title: Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage nursing staff within the healthcare facility. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for staff supervision, scheduling, training, compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
  • Monitor patient care quality and implement improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations
  • Coordinate with physicians, department heads, and other healthcare professionals
  • Manage department budgets, supplies, and resource allocation
  • Handle patient concerns and resolve escalated issues
  • Maintain accurate medical and operational records

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); Master's preferred
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • 5+ years of clinical nursing experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards
