WHAT YOU WILL DO


As a key member of the Client Services Team, you will split your time equally between Social Media and Performance Marketing, working across luxury brand clients at an international level. Reporting to the Head of Social Media & Digital Communications and the Head of Performance Marketing, you will collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Sales & Marketing teams.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA (50%)

  • Assist in developing social media strategies, including research, benchmarking, tactics development, and content calendar creation, with a strong creative touch
  • Schedule and publish content across global social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Manage community interactions: monitor, respond, and engage across platforms
  • Craft powerful copy for client social media activities and marketing projects
  • Report on social media performance, deliver insights, and flag key trends
  • Monitor the luxury industry and aspirational brand best practices
  • Maintain direct contact with clients on select missions
 

PERFORMANCE MARKETING (50%)

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of acquisition campaigns across Search, Display, and Social Media channels
  • Contribute to strategy phases: research and benchmarking using Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, and related tools
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, highlighting areas of importance
  • Assist in the production of reports and ad-hoc analysis
  • Attend client and internal meetings, proactively sharing relevant updates and notes
  • Coordinate follow-up actions with internal and external partners
  • Develop a strong understanding of the role of each digital touchpoint in our clients’ ecosystems
 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 6–9 months of experience in social media, performance marketing, or a related digital role
  • Previous experience with social media posting, reporting, or campaign management tools
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Swiss nationality or valid working permit (mandatory)
 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - will be tested
  • Experience with project management tools: Trello, Asana, Google Workspace
  • Experience with SEO/SEA tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush) a plus
  • Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Sprout) a plus
  • English C2, French C1 minimum
  • Affinity for creative and design
  • Affinity for the luxury industry; previous experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and apply knowledge efficiently
