RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Conduzir o enablement técnico de times de engenharia e produto no uso da plataforma Web
Liderar a adoção de peças para desenvolvimento e implantação de agentes de IA em escala
Coordenar e executar migrações de soluções de IA legadas para a nova plataforma
Identificar sistematicamente bugs, gaps de documentação e barreiras de adoção, propondo e acompanhando resoluções
Produzir materiais técnicos de alta qualidade: guias, arquiteturas de referência, runbooks e exemplos de código
Traduzir feedback das comunidades em insumos acionáveis para os times de produto e engenharia
Atuar como autoridade técnica no ponto de contato entre a plataforma e seus times consumidores

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experiência com plataformas de AI/ML em produção em ambientes corporativos de grande porte
Profundo conhecimento de agentes de IA, LLMs e padrões de orquestração de workflows
Histórico de atuação em enablement técnico, developer advocacy ou arquitetura de soluções com IA
Capacidade de produzir documentação técnica de referência e conduzir sessões de transferência de conhecimento com times de engenharia
Autonomia total para identificar problemas, propor soluções e executar sem depender de direcionamento constante

Habilidades desejáveis

Experiência com AWS, Azure ou GCP em contexto de plataformas de ML/AI
Domínio prático de frameworks de agentes: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen ou similares
Experiência com plataformas MLOps (MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Kubeflow)
Atuação anterior em grandes bancos, fintechs ou empresas de tecnologia com cultura de plataforma
Experiência em ambientes de produto com squads ágeis e ciclos curtos de entrega
