Appointment Setter

About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized Appointment Setter to support our international sales operations. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling calls or demos for our Account Executives.
 
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Call and email potential clients in the US and AUS to schedule appointments
2. Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and referrals
3. Maintain an updated calendar of scheduled calls or demos
4. Document all communications accurately in CRM
5. Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
6. Screen & vet leads for fit competencies, and technical skills
7. Develop and maintain a prospecting database or CRM, and make sure that details are accurate
 
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of proven experience as an appointment setter with international clients
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Impressive interpersonal skills
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g,. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
 
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)
Location: This is a remote job
 
Full time Salary Package (with HMO): 
Entry Level (1-3 years of experience):  Up to PHP 46,000 PER MONTH
Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): PHP 58,000 PER MONTH
Expert Level (5+ years of experience): PHP 65,000  PER MONTH
