Job description

 

The Impact You'll Make

 

You will play a key role in driving Danfoss Drives’ growth across Sweden, with water and wastewater as a central part of your portfolio, helping customers improve performance, reliability, and energy efficiency in critical applications.

 

Working close to customers and partners, you translate complex applications into practical, value-adding solutions that support long-term competitiveness and sustainability.

 

As a trusted advisor to OEMs, system integrators, and industrial customers, you strengthen Danfoss’ position as a leading technology partner in both the water sector and the broader industrial market.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Build and develop long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as their main commercial and technical partner.
  • Drive the full sales process from customer dialogue and solution design to quotation, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Advise customers on solutions for water, wastewater, and industrial applications using variable frequency drives, motor control systems, and energy optimization.
  • Work with public tenders and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with Swedish procurement legislation (LOU).
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, application, and support teams to deliver successful projects and high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

 

  • A solid technical foundation within electrical engineering, automation, or similar, with understanding of water and/or industrial processes.
  • Experience from technical B2B sales, ideally within the Swedish water & wastewater or industrial automation market.
  • Ability to work independently with strong structure, ownership, and commercial drive.
  • Effective communication skills in Swedish and English, enabling effective dialogue with engineers, consultants, and decision-makers.
