Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable .NET Backend Developer with strong experience in C#/.NET
Core, API development, and cloud-native solutions on AWS. The role involves building scalable
backend services, enabling seamless integrations with platforms like iLEVEL and internal workflow
systems, and implementing event-driven architectures for high-performance enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and .NET Core
 Build robust and secure RESTful APIs to support system integrations and business workflows
 Develop and implement event-driven architectures using messaging and queue-based systems
 Integrate with iLEVEL and internal workflow platforms to enable data exchange and process
automation
 Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SQS, and RDS to build cloud-native, scalable,
and resilient applications
 Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed systems
 Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, data protection, and compliance standards
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps for end-to-end
delivery
 Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
 Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for APIs, integrations, and system
design
Required Skills & Qualifications
 6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET backend development
 Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+ frameworks
 Solid experience in REST API design and development, including API security and versioning
 Experience in building event-driven and asynchronous systems using messaging queues such
as SQS or similar platforms
 Hands-on experience with AWS services, including:
 Lambda for serverless compute
 S3 for object storage
 SQS for message queuing
 RDS for relational databases
 Experience in system integrations, especially with enterprise platforms like iLEVEL or similar
financial/workflow tools
 Strong understanding of database design, SQL, and data modeling concepts
 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT
 Experience with version control systems such as Git
 Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

 Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems design
 Exposure to financial systems, investment platforms, or workflow automation tools
 Familiarity with Docker or containerization
 Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK, or similar platforms
 Understanding of domain-driven design principles
 Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
