Job description

Location: Remote with infrequent travel as needed, to offices in Plano, TX and Chattanooga, TN

As we continue this evolution, we're seeking a high-caliber Marketing Project Manager to keep our brand and marketing engine moving at pace. This role sits at the operational heart of the function, working across Demand Generation, RKD Studio, Content, and Events to ensure that priorities are clear, briefs are actioned, and work gets done. In a high-output, fast-moving team, this is the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the day-to-day flow of work across the brand and marketing team, tracking active projects, maintaining schedules, and keeping all workstreams moving forward
  • Translate priorities from senior leadership into clear briefs, timelines, and actions for the relevant teams
  • Facilitate regular stand-ups and planning sessions to keep the team aligned and accountable
  • Proactively identify blockers, dependencies, and risks; resolving or escalating before they impact delivery
  • Act as the communication hub across the team, ensuring that the right people have the right information

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar
  • A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and finds solutions rather than waiting for direction
  • Positive, collaborative energy, someone who brings calm and clarity to a fast-moving environment
