Job Description​

Saint Luke’s in Kansas City is seeking a Staff Scheduling Specialist to join our team.  

  

Shift Details: Payroll Week- Sunday- Thursday, Non-payroll week Monday- Friday 

  

Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduling and timekeeping for areas across the Saint Lukes Health System including correspondence schedule coverage, changes for timekeeping maintenance and other miscellaneous activities as needed.  

  • Ensures that staff schedules are balanced.  

  • Performs audits of schedules to ensure hours shifts align with employment status. 

  • Addresses timekeeping discrepancies within Kronos.  

  • Creates, supports and maintains the data integrity of the Kronos scheduling and timekeeping application.  

  • Serves as a resource to users of the system providing information, training and problem-solving services.  

  • Additionally configures and runs scheduled and ad hoc informational and analytical reports for users of the system.
