Position: Scrum Master/ Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (Miami or Boston twice a week)

***This role is not for an Agile purist. The environment is a true waterfall/hybrid environment in which an agile purist would be frustrated at times. The bank is moving toward becoming more agile as part of this digital transformation, but are not there yet. Someone who is adaptable is going to be the right fit here!***

This Scrum Master will be responsible for leading scrums and delivery with the respective Product Manager to design and deliver the vision and customer experience for the Bank's Digital customers. (This Scrum Master would be managing one of these 4 workstreams 1. Public Website & Customer Onboarding 2.Customer & Account Servicing, 3. Payments or 4. Security).
