Job description:
Role: Salesforce CPQ BA/Admin
Location: Remote
Must Have
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com CPQ
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environment using Sprints to deliver minimum viable products (MVP)
  • Strong Business Process improvement skills; Process mapping, problem identification, application of best practices and standards
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to deliver complex concepts through abstract models and presentations to allow others to identify benefits
Top Skills Required:
  • Strong Salesforce CPQ Experience – Will look to strengthen the team from a CPQ perspective.
  • Hands on Salesforce Administration – May have missed main build but will be helping with UAT and adjustments to permissions.
  • Robust communication skills – will be acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams and Systems Integrator.
  • Long term role – will need help partnering with the Systems Integrator and providing continued support when they are gone.
  • Will be using Copado, but this previous experience is not required.
