Track Train information through ARROW and API queries
Engage different vendors based on reported issues
Follow up with stations regarding PIDS issues
Track and follow up with vendors and Client teams until incident closure
Participate in PIDS 2.0 Project initiation meetings
Help gather requirements for the PIDS 2.0 project
Work with internal Client teams through service/technical requests
