Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote/ Northeast US

Compensation: $80,000 - 90,000/ OTE: $145,000 - $160,000

We are seeking an elite Inside Sales Representative with a proven ability to win complex deals by selling the “why,” not just the what. This is a role for a driven, persuasive seller who thrives on building pipelines, challenging prospects, and closing high-value business with confidence and urgency.
 
Our client is a high-growth sales and marketing training and consulting firm that partners with ambitious organizations to transform how they attract, educate, and close customers. This is not transactional selling.  It is about leading executive-level conversations that drive meaningful business outcomes.
 
What You’ll Do

  • Own your pipeline
    • Generate 75%+ of your opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting
  • Lead high-impact conversations
    •  Conduct 15–20 deep discovery calls per week, challenge prospect assumptions, and quantify real business impact
  • Drive efficient sales cycles
    • Guide prospects through a structured 2–3 call process and close 10+ new clients per quarter
  • Sell at the executive level
    • Engage owners and C-suite leaders with a consultative, insight-driven approach
  • Close high-value deals
    • Average contract value of ~$200K
  • Maintain precision
    • Track all activity, conversations, and next steps in HubSpot with accuracy and discipline

    • Skilled in outbound using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and modern prospecting platforms
  • Modern selling approach
    • Comfortable running video-first sales cycles and leveraging personalized video and content to accelerate deals
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $145,000 – $160,000
