The Role

As a Software Support Engineer, you'll dive into our codebase, squashing bugs and enhancing features to directly improve the user experience. This junior role offers incredible hands-on learning:
  • Technical Troubleshooter: Become the go-to for diagnosing and resolving complex software issues. Learn by doing as you read, debug, and fix code.
  • Design Collaborator: Contribute your keen eye to our UX, suggesting improvements to make our platform even more intuitive and robust.
  • Bridge the Support Gap: Team up with end-users, customer support, ops, and engineering to get those tricky tickets resolved and keep everyone happy.
  • Deliver Impact: Show your skills by independently tackling smaller bug fixes and contributing to larger projects under supervision.
  • Support & Development Synergy: Balance your time between resolving pressing support issues and participating in our scrum team's development sprints.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 1-3 years of experience in troubleshooting software, identifying and fixing bugs, with an itch to write your own features.
  • Solid programming fundamentals – you can confidently analyze and debug existing code.
  • Creative problem-solving and a collaborative spirit for tackling challenges.
  • Knowing Google Firebase and react is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between users and our engineering team.
  • A genuine desire to become a top-notch software engineer or project manager.
